Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of this product, also the global health risks from Covid-19, most orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. There may be very limited refunds for a period of time.

Refunds might be accepted at our discretion on unopened products only. Items must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Approved refunds will be returned to us at the customers shipping expense. Allow up to 10 business days to process refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience to our valued customers.
